Jack Kirby
Stole these from the Vice article by Dan Nadel. Jack Kirby is my favourite comic book artist ever. Can’t say I have read any of the stories he’s worked on but I haven’t really read many comics. I have tons of them I just don’t read them. Even when I was little I only cared about the drawings. The stories annoyed me because I never had them in the right order.
I would have 2 parts of one Spiderman story and then never get the last bit or halfway through a really good story it would switch to a different character and a different story.
It was a happy coincidence Kirby invented all my favourite Marvel characters because it’s not the reason i like him. The reason I like him is above. He is just the best.
